Membership benefits are effective the moment of your purchase and continue for one year from purchase date. Membership Upgrades Notice!
These policy changes have taken affect immediately regarding upgrades to memberships:
1. Upgrades can only be done in person at the Visitor Services Castle (they can no longer be accepted by phone or online)
2. You must turn in the two original membership cards that were issued to you (if you only turn in one card, there is a $10 fee; if you don't turn in any of your old cards, there is a $20 fee)
3. The upgrade fee is $10 per level
4. There is now a processing fee of $20 charged for any upgrade
