Birthday Parties
Birthday parties are fun, but no party could be more fun than one at The Children's Museum of Memphis! We offer a very fun way to celebrate your child's birthday.
Museum Party Packages
Each party includes:

The first hour of your party in one of our decorated Birthday Party Rooms (based on availability).

Five (5) FREE pizzas - additional pizzas are $10 each.

After your party, your guests have fun in the museum (note: there is no early entry into the museum for your guests).

The fee includes 40 guests* (guests must sign in when they arrive for your party).

Additional guests pay regular museum admission ($8 for adults (13-64), $7 for children (1-12) & seniors (65+), children under 1 are free).

Please note: museum members are your guests and are included in your party count.
*Due to the size of our Birthday Party Rooms, for your own comfort we recommend that you limit your party attendance to 40 guests.
Birthday Package

Includes use of one of the Birthday Party Rooms, five pizzas and admission to the museum. You provide everything else.

Themed Parties

You serve refreshments during the first 30 minutes of your party, then let us take over from there!

We provide the activities, games, face painting and/or balloon art based on your theme choice. The birthday child also receives a special souvenir picture in costume to take home.

Choose from the following themes:
Disco Dance Party - Everyone can be a star while dancing and singing with play mics and guitars.
Pirate Party - Children become pirates before your eyes, dig for treasure and are sure to find a prize.
Prince/Princess Party - Become a royal prince or princess with your own special crowns, tiaras, suits of armor, robes and precious gowns.
Superhero Party - Zooming through the air, at land or at sea, your favorite superhero is what you can be!

Museum Store Gifts
& Party Favors
Privately Operated by Lee & Susie Person
We make it easy and you save time when you allow our Museum Store to put together your party favor bags. You choose the items from the store perfectly suited for your child's age and tailored to fit your budget. Members receive a 10% discount. Gift wrapping is free on orders of $10 or more. Reserving Your Party
Choose your date and favored time slot:Monday-Saturday, 10am-12:30pm, 12 noon-2:30pm or 2:30-5pm
Sunday, 12 noon-2:30pm or 2:30-5pm
Call The Children's Museum at 901-458-2678, Monday-Friday, during the hours of 8:30am-5pm and talk to reservations for assistance in booking your party or Email Reservations.
You may now book your birthday party online; however, your party is NOT booked until you receive a confirmation from the museum! Dates for birthday parties fill up months in advance. Please call the museum directly if you are trying to book a party with less than four weeks advance notice. Thank you!
The total cost of your party must be received at the time of the reservation to confirm your party date. This fee is non-refundable.Please remember that a 1:5 ratio of adults to children is required to enter the museum.
