Part-Time: Program Assistant

Seeking highly motivated individuals to help present programs to Children and families in the Doodlebug Arts & Crafts Studio of The Children’s Museum. Duties include organizing craft supplies, preparing supplies for future craft projects (cutting out shapes), cleaning (rinsing out paint brushes, wiping up paint and glue, etc.), and assisting guests with craft projects. Ideal candidate would be outgoing, friendly, enjoy crafts and have prior experience working with Children. Full-Time Position: Marketing & Development Manager

Seeking a motivated individual to oversee and manage all marketing efforts. This is a very high energy position in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Excellent communication, organizational skills and professional appearance are required. Candidates must have a strong background in managing all aspects of an exceptional social media program. This position will oversee the following: media relations, Constant Contact database, news conferences/media events, advertising, write/edit/design newsletters and other printing, photography, website design/updates, brochures, direct mail, e-blasts, banners/signs, manage budget and marketing plans, among many other duties. This position will also help with fund raising efforts including help with grants. This position is a key position within the company as we continue to grow and move forward with a $6 million expansion. Weekend work will be required periodically. A professional degree in public relations and/or marketing as well as intense social media experience are both required to be considered for this position!
