Back by popular demand, it’s Girl’s Night Out! We’re taking this time to celebrate the awesomeness of Girl Power in mothers and daughters, grandmothers and grand-daughters, mentors and mentees, sisters and friends. Last year was a blast and this year will be twice the bang. Sewing into Dreams (sewingintodreams.org) kicks off the event with a fabulous fashion show of original designs by young ladies aspiring to become fashion designers. The Emma Webb Band (reverbnation.com/emmawebb) is set to inspire us with hit songs by artists like Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood and more. The air is filled with joy and laughter as Caza Teatro presents an original skit entitled The Case of a Missing Love. The evening is jam-packed with activities to create unforgettable memories, boost self-esteem, promote self-love and provide just plain ol’ fun times together.
Participants can watch a movie, design tie-dyed t-shirts, sew their own totes with Mrs. Sew & Sew, pamper themselves with manicures and glamour photos, learn the latest line dances, enjoy refreshments and prizes from Wendy’s restaurant and even enjoy making their own healthy yet delicious smoothies with a nutritionist. So put away the cell phones, this is a night that is just about our girls.
Admission is $25 per person. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Advance reservations are required and tickets are going fast! Please call 901-458-2678, ext. 221 to reserve your spot today or purchase online!.
