All rental proceeds help support the museum's exhibits and programs for the children of our community. The Children's Museum of Memphis is a private, nonprofit educational organization.

The Little Malco is perfect for:

We offer:

  • A large, open hall with a stage and built-in movie screen that can accommodate up to 250 people with the room configuration of your choice (2,646 square feet).

  • Convenient location in Midtown only minutes from most places in Memphis.

  • Knowledgeable, helpful and experienced staff.

  • Full restaurant-style kitchen for all your serving needs (ice machine, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop and two large convection ovens).

  • Flexibility - you won't find a "preferred" list of service providers.

  • Plenty of free, enclosed parking for your guests. Staff member is provided.

  • Tables and chairs available.

Rental Fees for The Little Malco

This includes the use of the kitchen. Dishes and utensils are not included. User is fully responsible for cleaning the kitchen and The Little Malco after the event. Price includes the presence of one staff member. Tables (6-foot) are available for $5 each (up to 25); chairs are available for $2 each (up to 250).

Rates for use during museum's business hours:
1-4 hours: $625
4-6 hours: $675

Rates for use after museum's business hours:
1-4 hours: $825
4-6 hours: $875

During business hours, a museum visit can be added at a price of $4.50 per person.

The museum facilities may not be rented for political, religious or fund raising events. Other purposes may also be judged unsuitable. Prices are subject to change without notice!

Museum Rental (up to 1,120 people):

Board Room
Our Executive Board Room in the Administration Building is also available for rental from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Rates: 1-4 hours for $100; 4-6 hours for $150.
